Program & Follow up info

Presentation Guidelines:

Introductory lectures on May 15th (Van Damme, Spaun, Romm): 25’ for presentation and 5’ for Q&A.
Lectures: each presenter will have 20’ for their presentation and 5’ for Q&A.
Posters: each presenter will have a 3-minute "fire" presentation with a maximum of 4 slides. Please bring your slides on a USB stick and submit them to your session chair a day in advance. Your poster (format A0) will be displayed in the conference room on the same day as your presentation.

Thank you for contributing to such an interesting and dense program. Your assistance in keeping time is fundamental!
